Our first Community Health Worker cohort begins October 2026 and runs 24 weeks — 300 total hours (200 classroom, 100 field). Classes meet in person at our Lufkin office.

We bring Care Coordinators into churches, clinics, and neighborhood spaces so families can get connected without a long drive. Dates are posted on the calendar below as they are scheduled.

A Care Coordinator meets with every neighbor by appointment — no walk-ins. We call to confirm every appointment before you arrive, including after-hours times when that fits your schedule better.
